Kristen Albie is a vice president the Institutional and Asset Management Marketing team at Fidelity Institutional® (FI). Fidelity Institutional is a division of Fidelity Investments that offers investment insights, strategies, and solutions, as well as trading services to a wide range of wealth management firms and institutional investors. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this role, Ms. Albie is responsible for the management of Fidelity Institutional’s Proposal Services teams. The Proposal Services teams play a critical role in cross-channel business development and client retention efforts through management and facilitation of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and ad-hoc client and consultant requests.
Before joining Fidelity in 2012, Ms. Albie was an account executive at a marketing agency, where she created branding campaigns for regional and national clients.

Vicky is the global head of business development services for Morgan Stanley Investment Management. She joined the firm in 2014 and has 24 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, Vicky was a Principal with Mercer Investments and led the new business proposal team in the US. Previously, she was a marketing manager at Segal, with a focus on new business development. Vicky has a BA in Psychology from the University of Vermont and an MBA from NYU, Stern School of Business.
Stephanie Cadena is a senior member of the Investor Relations Support team at Shenkman Capital, where she is responsible for RFP writing and the implementation of best practices. She joined the firm in 2015 and brings 20 years of combined experience in RFP writing and investor relations. Before joining Shenkman Capital, Ms. Cadena held roles at Schroder Investment Management North America Inc. and Prudential Investment Management, Fixed Income. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Seton Hall University in 2004.
LAUREN CALDWELL, Client Relationship Manager, is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships. This includes client onboarding, reporting, meetings, and all client communications. Ms. Caldwell also coordinates regular communications with consultants and prospects, supports the maintenance of contact management databases, and schedules KCM’s participation in various conferences and events. Lauren started at KCM as an intern in 2011 and sits on the firm’s Charitable Giving Committee. Ms. Caldwell formerly served as President of the St. Louis Women in Investments Network (STLWIN). Lauren earned a B.A. in International Business and Spanish from Westminster College and an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
Kristen Carloni, CFA, Director, is the Head of Sales Operations for the Aladdin technology business at BlackRock. She is responsible for planning and executing on strategic initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our global sales force. She also oversees the Aladdin Business Proposal Team, with demonstrated impact to sustained double-digit revenue growth. She has extensive experience implementing innovative technologies such as third-party proposal management tools and AI capabilities to improve efficiencies, maintain client satisfaction, and secure new business.

Michael, Head of Reporting & Performance, joined Walter Scott in 2009. He is responsible for the firm’s Client Reporting, Performance and RFP & Consultant Reporting teams. Prior to joining Walter Scott he held senior business development positions with two Edinburgh law firms where he was responsible for new business proposals and, before that, spent eight years at Baillie Gifford. He holds a BA (Hons) in Commerce from Edinburgh Napier University.

Danielle Corey is Associate Director, Manager, Institutional Consultant Relations Analysts MFS®. In her role, she is responsible for managing the Global Consultant Database Team and partnering with the Global Consultant Relations Team Directors. She oversees the consultant database process and implements efficiency processes for the MFS Global Consultant Relations Database Team.
Danielle joined MFS in 2004, previously working at New England Financial.

Mr. Eiger is the Director of Marketing at Alan Biller and Associates, an institutional fiduciary investment consulting firm and OCIO, responsible for marketing, communications, and client service. In this role, he both prepares and responds to RFPs on behalf of the firm as well as reviews RFPs for the firm’s clients.
Mr. Eiger holds nearly thirty years’ experience in the institutional investment industry. Prior to his current role, he was an independent marketing consultant to investment management firms, a Content Editor at Callan Associates, a Product Marketing Strategist at BNY Mellon, and a Client Relationship Associate and Marketing Manager at Barclays Global Investors (now Blackrock).
He earned the Investment Foundations certificate from the CFA Institute and has held the Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Mr. Eiger received a B.S. in Psychology from St. Lawrence University and a certificate in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Russell Elliott is a Head of Asset Management Market Intelligence at Nasdaq-eVestment. He joined Nasdaq eVestment in April 2016 from Amundi, where he served as Vice President of Consultant Relations. Prior to Amundi, he worked in similar roles with TIAA-CREF Asset Management (Nuveen) and Wells Fargo Asset Management in both the United Kingdom and the United States. Russell began his investment industry career in 2006. He attended The University of the West of England, where he gained a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Combined Science. Russell also graduated Beta Gamma Sigma with a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Zahra Foradi is an RFP Lead Analyst at MFS Investment Management (MFS), where she leads the development and optimization of the company’s RFP content management and project workflow tool, as well as other technology. In her role, she explores the use of AI, system integrations and system capabilities to streamline workflows and create a seamless user experience for all stakeholders involved in the RFP process. Zahra currently manages a content management senior specialist, and her team oversees a comprehensive library of responses where they are focused on creating new content as well as ensuring content consistency and quality.
Since joining MFS in 2018, she has held roles including RFP Analyst and RFP Senior Analyst.
Zahra is based in Toronto and earned her BA degree in Applied Economics from Queen’s University.

Georgia Homsany is the CEO & Founder of Daily Dose Wellness. She is a member of Raleigh Metro SHRM and is responsible for writing RMSHRM’s Wellness Blog. Georgia is a New Jersey native and holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Scranton and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Boston University. Alexandria Jenkins is a Senior Manager, RFP at Invesco based in Atlanta. In this role, she oversees a team of RFP writers who focus on Requests for Proposals and Due Diligence Questionnaires with the goal of providing accurate and timely responses to all client requests.
Alexandria joined Invesco in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an RFP Specialist at Virtus Investment Partners, a global investment management firm. While at Virtus, Alexandria covered RFP’s and Database updates for both Fixed Income and Equity asset classes. Prior to Virtus, Alexandria served as Marketing & Client Service Manager at Herndon Capital Management. In that role she worked to support the client sales team.

Dr. Bruce Kahn is the lead Portfolio Manager of the Shelton Sustainable Equity Fund. Previously, Bruce was responsible for delivering technical advice to investors on MSCI’s ESG and Climate Solutions tools and data sets for investment decision making, risk management, reporting and engagement. His previous 18 years of work experience included portfolio management and other responsibilities at firms such as Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Macquarie Global Inc., and Sustainable Insight Capital Management. Dr. Kahn earned a PhD in Land Resources from University of Wisconsin, Madison, an MS in Fisheries and Allied Aquacultures from Auburn University, and a BA in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Connecticut. Bruce served as an Agriculture Extension Agent in the United States Peace Corps in the Republic of Cameroon, (1989-1993), as a Fulbright Scholar in Israel from 1999-2001 and has been teaching courses in Sustainable Finance, Statistics and Agriculture as an adjunct professor at Columbia University’s Earth Institute since 2012.

Dylan Lane is a Vice President of the firm in AEW’s Capital Raising and Client Relations team with responsibility and oversight of Operational Due Diligence (“ODD”), both for new business and for existing relationships to the firm. In this role, Dylan works with institutional investors and related consultants engaged in underwriting AEW and its products with a focus on firm operations. In addition to these responsibilities, Dylan contributes to the broad marketing and client/consultant support efforts at AEW, with a focus on Investor Relations systems, processes, and Marketing/Sales Automation. Dylan has been with AEW since 2007. Beth Loucks joined SalesEdge in 2023 after dedicating 13 years to Barrow Hanley Global Investors. Elana Margulies-Snyderman is a Director of Publications with EisnerAmper’s Marketing Group. Elana oversees, produces and edits various publications of many of the firm’s largest industry groups and service lines. She coordinates thought leadership pieces and industry-related content within these groups for both internal and external audiences.

Before joining GCA, Sari was Director of Marketing at Boone Capital, manager of an event driven hedge fund. Before entering the hedge fund space, she was a sell-side Latin America Telecommunications equity analyst at Salomon Smith Barney for which she received several industry awards including high rankings as determined by Institutional Investor, and was the Latin America telecommunications investment banking Director at Credit Suisse in New York. Sari earned her BA cum laude in Mathematics and Spanish from Amherst College, and received her MBA in International Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and was selected to and participated in the International Management Program at ESADE in Barcelona, Spain.

Matt leads the institutional recordkeeping RFP and content strategy team. His team’s focus is responding to both prospect and retention client sales opportunities, utilizing a standard library as well as an AI/ML tool for efficient population. Matt also plays an active role supporting the operations behind Vanguard’s consultant relationships, building strategy and preferences that curates to each firm. Matt joined Vanguard in 2017 and currently holds FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses. Matt earned his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University with a double major in Marketing and Economics.
Jared Spann is an Associate Director, RFP for Principal Asset Management, overseeing new client business initiatives through the completion of proposal requests. His team supports the global distribution and sales teams, as well as the individual investment teams throughout the organization. His duties include developing and implementing scalable processes and metric tracking, finding solutions to increase the efficiency and quality of proposals, as well as the training and development and day-to-day oversight of his team. Jared joined the firm in 2018 as a Proposal Content Editor, covering the firm’s fixed income boutiques, before taking over management responsibilities for the RFP team. Prior to joining Principal Asset Management, Jared worked as a Registered Client Associate with RBC Wealth Management for 6 years. Morgan Struebing is a Senior Content Editor at Principal Asset Management, where she plays a critical role in maintaining the firm's content library and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs. Before transitioning to content management, Morgan spent several years as an RFP/DDQ Writer, supporting the promotion of Principal Asset Management’s products and services to help attract and retain clients. Morgan joined the firm in 2018 as a Marketing Production Associate, where she contributed significantly to the firm’s marketing efforts, particularly in developing and maintaining materials within the real estate asset class. Previously, Ms. Vailakis was a Business Development Director at IQ-EQ, a Vice President of Investor Relations at Cerberus Capital and a Sales + Client Relations Specialist at BlueMountain Capital, among other roles.

In this role, Ms. White manages Fidelity Institutional’s Marketing Databases team. The Marketing Databases team is responsible for managing Fidelity’s presence in institutional third-party and proprietary consultant databases, which are used to screen for investment mandates, conduct due diligence and market the firm’s investment capabilities.
Previously, Ms. White held positions within Fidelity’s Client Experience group, serving High Net Worth individuals and Registered Investment Advisors.
